The ttUSB is Plug and Play compatible with both Mac® and Windows® computers that are equipped with a USB input. It comes packaged with Audacity® software, which allows high speed recording with playback at normal speed. Audacity also includes routines for eliminating clicks, pops and other surface noise from vinyl recordings. You can export your recording to WAV and MP3 formats, and burn CD's/DVD's or transfer to a music player like Apple's iPod®.
The ttUB features an adjustable anti-skating control for increased stereo balance, support for 33.33 and 45 RPM playback speeds, ± 10% adjustable pitch control on a slider, and a 1/8-inch stereo minijack input connector so you can transfer cassette tapes as well. An efficient belt-drive motor turns the aluminum platter. This is the ideal tool for digitally archiving a record collection.
